Chain Welding Machine

Automatic Chain Welding Machines are equipments used for butt-resistance welding of round steel chains and their deburring. These sophisticated machines are controlled by an encoder and PLC, and are digitally operated which make them a user-friendly. They use modern and very stable AC inverter frequency conversion electrical parts & transformer, thus making them well suited for manufacturing high-level G80, G100 lifting chains, mining chains, anchor chains, etc. These machines are also used in making low-grade chains such as snow chains, decorative chains, lashing chains, and others.
