Chain Calibration Machines
Main Function：
This machine is for adjusting chain dimensions during manufacturing, its role is to control the quality of the weld and bring the chain links at a constant pitch.
Suitable for calibrating high-grade chains before or after or both heat treatment, it combines hydraulic and pneumatic systems under PLC digital control. An upgraded servo hydraulic station provides more precise tensile force. Featuring a servo-driven chain feed for smoother and more accurate operation than older mechanical systems, it reduces manual steps through digital controls.
Equipped with a marking unit for stamping links after calibration, the machine also includes automatic shutdown in case of link breakage.
