Main Function:

Our chain heat treatment machine—also known as a chain hardening machine—is engineered for high-efficiency induction quenching and tempering of industrial chains in various sizes and grades. At the core of this system is the IGPS medium-frequency power supply, a proprietary circuit design developed by our company using imported high-power IGBT solid-state components for excellent reliability and performance.

Featuring exceptional frequency stability with a variation rate of just ±2%, this technology ensures consistent metallurgical results across every production batch. Such precision directly enhances the tensile strength, wear resistance, and fatigue life of chains—critical for demanding applications in lifting, rigging, mining, and heavy machinery.

Key Features & Custom Solutions:

· Dual-Power Quenching & Tempering System
Independently control quenching and tempering parameters—including power output and frequency—without cross-interference. This enables optimal microstructure development and delivers superior, repeatable heat treatment quality.

· Single-Link Quenching & Tempering Power Supply
Specially designed for sling chain production and other applications requiring precise thermal processing of individual chain links (e.g., single rings). Ensures uniform hardness and mechanical properties even on isolated components.
