Polywin CE01B-06 automatic cold Chain Bending Machine is a CE-certified auto wire forming unit designed for steel wire up to 750N/mm² tensile strength with wire diameter range 3–6mm, output 40~70 chain links per minute, rated power 3KW, total weight 1200kg.

Full automatic feeding, cutting, lubrication and cold bending processes with no heating required. Equipped with Siemens PLC for intelligent control, it delivers consistent chain pitch and uniform link dimensions. Multiple built-in sensors ensure precise motion, error prevention and equipment protection, alongside simple operation. Compatible to connect with our Chain Welding Machine CE01W-75 (3-6mm) to form complete automatic chain production line, reduce manual labor cost greatly.
