Chain Marking Machines
Main Function：
Polywin automatic chain marking machine has two models: CEM-10 (max10mm), CEM-16 (max16mm). Equipped with servo-driven sprocket feeding system and digital link counter; operators adjust marking speed & spacing via control panel. The hydraulic stamping structure supports up to three stamps on top & bottom link surfaces, plus side positioning fixture for consistent mark location. Built-in auto shutdown protection against chain jamming; same 6.5KW total power for both units, production speed 400m/h(CEM-10) / 300m/h(CEM-16).
Multi-mark design realizes grade / logo / brand one-step stamping; adjustable marking interval meets various customer specification requirements; precise side positioning avoids mark offset; jam auto-stop prevents equipment damage.
CE compliant, widely configured in Polywin full chain turnkey lines and exported to many chain manufacturers.

Application Scope
These CEM chain marking machines are mainly applied to G80 grade industrial steel chains, including lifting chains, electric hoist chains, mining chains and lashing chains. It is an essential post-processing device for professional chain manufacturers, used for stamping grades, specifications and brand marks on finished chains.
