Polywin Automatic Chain Twisting Machine is specialized for G30 & G43 twisted snow chain forming, an essential intermediate equipment in full tyre anti-skid snow chain production line, perfectly matching our G30/G43 chain bending machine and chain welding machine to realize whole-process automatic chain manufacturing.
This twister mainly supports steel wire diameter from 4.5mm to 14mm.
Our newly upgraded twisting machine adopts optimized mechanical structure. Both wire feeding and chain twisting processes are driven by independent servo motors to deliver highly accurate running performance. Operators can directly set twisting angle, rotation direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise), as well as twisted or straight link quantities per fixed length via the intuitive control panel. Compared with traditional outdated equipment, this updated unit realizes diversified functional settings and eliminates tedious manual adjustment work.
Equipped with integrated automatic chain cutting device and rolling screening mechanism, the machine enables auto cutting after inputting target link number on the operation screen. This all-in-one design perfectly adapts to diversified mass production requirements of snow chain manufacturers.
Designed with intuitive operation panel and emergency stop protection device, the equipment is easy for new workers to learn and operate, convenient daily maintenance and low running cost, widely exported to Europe, Russia, Southeast Asia snow chain factories.
