Polywin CE03W-200 automatic resistance Chain Welding Machine is equipped with high-power frequency conversion welding current control system, processing range covers 10~14mm high tensile steel wire. Adopts PLC + encoder full digital control with integrated post-weld automatic deburring; main drive motor 5.5KW, total machine weight reaches 4.8MT, stable output 30~48 chain links per minute for oversize industrial heavy chains.

Fitted with high-stability AC inverter frequency conversion components and a 200KVA high-power transformer, this machine maintains consistent, reliable welding quality during 24-hour continuous production. Its reinforced mechanical structure ensures outstanding durability and low failure rate, effectively improving production efficiency and guaranteeing superior weld integrity for various heavy industrial chains. This equipment can be combined with our Chain Bending Machines CE04B-16 11-16mm to build a fully automated chain production line.
