Polywin CETT series hydraulic chain proof testing machines consist of 3 models: CETT-10 (4~10mm), CETT-16 (10~16mm), CETT-20 (16~20mm), specially designed for standard proof load test (manufacturing proof force testing MPF) of finished industrial chain as per EN818 & ISO norms. Horizontal long-frame structure with max single test stroke up to 6m; working force ranges from 110KN~350KN, fast testing cycle from 35S~50S per 6m chain length, core for factory finished chain quality control.
Long 6m single stroke reduces repeated clamping operation for long chain rolls; stable hydraulic system provides constant proof tension to verify link integrity without over-elastic deformation; three specs fully cover 4~20mm full-size chain, perfectly matched with Polywin bending, welding, calibration & heat treatment machines to form full-chain-turnkey production & QC line.
