Polywin Automatic Stud Welding Machine is core specialized equipment to fix straight anti-skid studs onto finished twisted chains, an essential processing station in complete G30/G43 tire snow chain production line.
Independently researched and developed by Polywin, this welder adopts innovative two-stage welding craftsmanship to effectively fix the long-standing industry defect: uneven stud offset and inconsistent placement caused by unstable raw wire quality. The unique welding process guarantees uniform stud positioning and fully complies with global snow chain production technical specifications.
Equipped with servo motor, pneumatic cylinder and integrated PLC control system paired with humanized operation panel and optimized mechanical layout, the machine realizes precise parameter setting and easy daily operation. Built-in automatic chain cutting module enables fixed-length cutting after presetting loop quantity on screen, drastically lifting continuous production efficiency.
An automatic centralized oil pump is preinstalled for automatic component lubrication, cutting manual maintenance workload and extending machine service life.
The standard model covers wire diameter from Φ5mm up to Φ25mm. Φ5~10mm welder specification runs at stable output of 20~30 links per minute, configured with 2.3KW main motor plus dual 100KVA welding transformers.
