More than 80% of key components are processed by CNC machining centers, which greatly improves overall machining accuracy and extends the machine's service life. Equipped with professional servo motors, the equipment realizes variable speed intelligent control over welding, deburring and material conveying processes, effectively shortening welding cycles and boosting production efficiency.
Welding current is precisely regulated by a dedicated upsetting force sensor to ensure stable and consistent weld quality. A high-performance absolute encoder guarantees accurate control of all mechanical parts and pneumatic cylinders. The fully enclosed protective housing and multiple safety devices protect both operators and the machine body.
