Main Function：

Polywin CE05B-20 is our heavy duty Chain Bending Machine, specially engineered for 13~20mm high tensile steel (max processing up to 22mm, 750N/mm² tensile strength). Equipped with 22KW high-power main motor, total machine weight reaches 16000KG; wire feed range 100~295mm, stable production output 20~35 finished links per minute.

***CE05B-20 can be customized to manufacture single chain for heavy-duty tire protection chains (TPC).

Heavy casting frame and high-load bending die ensure stable cold forming for extra-thick 13~22mm alloy steel links; perfectly matched with CE05W-300 300KVA and CE06W-400 450KVA welding machine to realize full-automatic turnkey oversized chain production, eliminate semi-finished manual transfer cost in heavy chain workshop.
