Main Function：
The CEBT-16 chain bend test machine is professional quality inspection equipment specially designed for bend tests of industrial chains including Type T, DAT and DT. It adopts an integrated control system combined with hydraulic, servo and PLC technologies to achieve highly accurate test results.
This tester is equipped with high-precision Omron pull rope displacement sensor and Honeywell pressure sensor to ensure reliable data collection. In accordance with international industry standards, it supports two independent testing modes for different chain grades:
1.Displacement testing: Measure down pressure displacement for Type T chains;
2.Force testing: Detect down pressure force for Type DAT and DT chains.
Dual test modes fully meet standard inspection requirements for G80 and G100 chains. This bend test equipment can be matched with our complete chain production lines to realize full-process quality control from manufacturing to testing.
