Main Function：

CE06B-25 is Polywin's top super heavy Chain Bending Machine engineered for 16~26mm high tensile steel (max tensile 750N/mm²). Equipped with 30KW main drive motor, total machine weight reaches 20000KG; wire feeding range 169~380mm, stable output 12~16 finished chain links per minute. 

The machine realizes full-automatic feeding, cutting, lubrication and cold bending without heating. It maintains highly stable chain pitch and uniform link dimensions for finished products, effectively improving production efficiency and extending service life. 

Cast frame and super heavy bending die ensure stable cold forming for 16~26mm steel, seamlessly matched with CE07W-600 600KVA chain welder to build full-automatic turnkey chain production line and eliminate semi-finished workpiece transfer labor cost.

***CE06B-25 can be customized to manufacture single chain for heavy-duty tire protection chains (TPC).

This CE06B-25 chain bending machine is specially developed for extra-thick steel chains, covering high-strength industrial chains and conventional utility chains.

1.High-strength heavy-duty chains: Perfect for G70, G80 and G100 grade chains, including lifting chains, electric hoist chains, mining chains and anchor chains with high tensile strength and fatigue resistance.

2.General utility chains: Also suitable for manufacturing G30 and G43 chains such as snow chains, decorative chains and lashing chains.
