Main Function:
Polywin CECC series automatic chain cutting machine includes two models: CECC-10 for 5~10mm G80 G100 chain, CECC-16 up to 16mm diameter. Equipped with servo-controlled feeding system + digital link counter, operators preset required link quantity on touch panel for fixed-length cutting; one-key switch for odd/even links cutting. Adopts durable triangular triple-blade cutter with quick-replace mould design, hydraulic working system at 10Mpa/12Mpa respectively, servo adjustable feeding speed up to 30m/min (CECC-10) /23m/min (CECC-16).
Digital link counting avoids manual measurement error; flexible odd/even cutting setting meets diversified customer order; long-service-life triple blade reduces frequent blade replacement cost; quick-change die realizes fast switch between multiple chain specs, perfectly matched with Polywin Chain Bending Machine, Chain Welding Machine, Chain calibration Machine & Chain Proof Test Machines to form complete automatic chain production line.
