Polywin Automatic Double Hook Making Machine is specially developed to manufacture connecting double hooks for automotive tyre anti-skid snow chains, an indispensable standalone equipment to complete full G30/G43 snow chain production line after bending, welding and chain twisting procedures.
Independently developed in-house, this machine is fitted with servo motors to deliver precise and flexibly adjustable wire feed length, while upgraded mechanical construction enables smoother running. Larger-size (over 10mm) models adopt hydraulic drive to produce well-shaped hooks with steady working performance. Equipped with user-friendly touchscreen operation, it greatly improves operating convenience and overall production efficiency.
Four standard specifications cover wire range from Φ4mm up to Φ16mm, corresponding to varied output (8~50 links/min), matched motor power (4KW~15KW). Widely used for mass production of connecting hooks for car, truck and off-road vehicle anti-slip snow chains, compatible with galvanized low-carbon steel raw materials.
