Main Function：

Polywin Chain Calibration Machines (Chain Calibrating Machines) adopt combined hydraulic-pneumatic structure with full PLC digital control and upgraded servo hydraulic station for precise tension control, covering four chain ranges: 3~7mm, 4~10mm, 10~16mm, max18mm, 13~20mm ,max22mm. This equipment realizes accurate pitch sizing for chain before or after heat treatment, fitted with servo-driven auto feeding, built-in link stamping marking unit and auto-stop protection when chain breaks. Output ranges from 180~450 meters per hour with max calibration force from 100KN up to 800KN.

Servo adjustable tension greatly improves weld consistency and uniform link pitch; integrated marking eliminates extra offline stamping process; auto shutdown avoids machine damage caused by broken links; full size coverage from small decorative chain to big lifting and anchor chain, perfectly matched with Polywin full range chain bending & welding machines to form complete automatic chain production line.
