Polywin provides tailor-made customized industrial machinery, with the customized chain polishing machine as a typical representative solution specially designed for post heat-treatment surface finishing of various steel chains.
This polishing equipment is developed to remove oxide layer, burrs and uneven surface defects after chain heat treatment, effectively lifting chain surface smoothness and final finish grade. The whole unit integrates independent dust collector plus cyclone separator for centralized waste collection to realize clean workshop production and meet environmental emission standards.
Our upgraded customized polishing model comes with four optimized core improvements:
1. Reinforced whole machine frame plus upgraded drive shaft and bearing assembly for stable long-hour continuous running;
2. Sound-insulated enclosed hexagonal polishing barrel to lower working noise and improve workshop environment;
3. Stepless adjustable rotation speed;
