Main Function：

Polywin CE04W-250 is our automatic resistance butt welding machine, equipped with frequency conversion welding current control system, processing range up to 11~16mm high tensile steel wire (max 750N/mm²). PLC + encoder full digital control with integrated automatic post-weld deburring system; main drive motor 7.5KW, solid heavy frame total machine weight hits 7MT, stable continuous output 16~33 heavy chain links per minute.

Equipped with a 250KVA transformer, this welder enables full penetration welding for 11–16mm high-alloy steel. It can be seamlessly coupled with the same-spec CE04B-16 (11–16mm) Chain Bending Machine to build a fully automatic one-stop oversized chain production line and save labor costs for semi-finished product transportation in heavy-chain workshops.
