Polywin IGPS series chain induction heat treatment machine adopts proprietary medium-frequency IGBT power circuit with imported solid-state IGBT components, frequency fluctuation controlled within ±2%. Two available processing solutions: dual-power continuous chain quenching & tempering system and independent single-link heat treatment unit; quenching & temper power supply work separately without parameter interference. 8 full models cover wire diameter 4~48mm, quenching temp 800~1000℃, tempering temp adjustable 200~500℃, standard 380V three-phase input, frequency range 3~9KHz matched per chain thickness.
